Deploy autonomous Kain and Paukan patrols with radius roaming, waypoint routes, a GTA map editor, squads and configurable combat behavior.

Put your mechs to work across the map. Mech Patrol turns Kain and Paukan into autonomous units for checkpoints, restricted areas, military compounds and staff-run events. Create a territory, choose its behavior and launch the patrol from one administrator panel.

Features

  • Spawn and start from one panel. Use the F7 terminal to create or launch a saved patrol. The resource spawns its mech automatically, so you do not need to spawn a vehicle manually first.
  • Radius or waypoint patrols. Let a mech roam inside a circular territory or follow a defined route. Radius coverage favors less-visited sectors and temporarily backs off from sectors that exhaust recovery.
  • Visual GTA map editor. Choose territory centers, resize radii, place and move route points, and add circular forbidden zones with the mouse. Toggle map layers and filter by routing bucket.
  • Orders directly from the map. Select a mech or group and issue Go Here, Aim, Hold or Return to Patrol. Temporary orders return units to their saved patrol when they expire.
  • Peaceful, guard and aggressive behavior. Use peaceful patrols for presence, guard behavior for configured defense and warnings, or aggressive behavior for hostile encounters. Configure permitted player, networked NPC and vehicle target types.
  • Squads and formations. Organize units into column, wedge or perimeter formations. Configure spacing, pursuit or hold roles and simultaneous attacker limits for coordinated encounters.
  • Coverage and recovery tools. Inspect visited sectors, movement history and deferred areas on the administrator map. The shared movement controller uses obstacle checks, bounded path planning and recovery to handle blocked routes.
  • Original mech movement. Autonomous control reuses the mech walking system, IK and footsteps. No player or NPC pilot needs to remain inside the mech.
  • Saved configuration and admin access. Save territories and routes, stop patrols and remove obsolete entries through the panel. Server-side permission checks protect the panel, editing and patrol commands.
  • Custom system integration. Use the public server API to manage patrols, read status and connect validated alerts or custom mission logic. Configurable vehicle weapon presets use the shared mech weapon and audio system.

Made for your server

Built for base security, roaming zone guards, faction territory events, hostile encounter areas and peaceful ambient patrols.

Getting started

Open F7 → create a patrol → choose the mech and behavior → spawn and start. Open the map editor when you need routes, forbidden zones or group orders. New patrols are peaceful by default.

Included

  • Administrator patrol terminal and interactive GTA map.
  • Radius and waypoint patrol modes, behavior settings, squads, orders and coverage tools.
  • File-based route persistence; no direct ESX, QBCore or database dependency in this add-on.
  • English by default, with Russian and Chinese translations, plus English API documentation and Lua examples.

Requirements

  • FiveM with OneSync enabled.
  • ox_lib and a compatible KHANStudio Mech Core resource; the current matched package uses Core 1.15.0.
  • At least one compatible KHANStudio Kain or Paukan mech resource; the current matched package uses consumer 2.15.0. xsound is required by the base mech audio system.
  • This is an autonomous patrol add-on for the KHANStudio mech system. Install the required base mech resources first. Mech Boss is optional.

Customization and integrations

Configuration, route schema, localization, public API files, NUI source and documentation are declared open through escrow_ignore. Internal movement, targeting and management logic remain protected. Circular forbidden zones use XY boundaries; inspect bridges, roofs, slopes and custom map interiors in game when designing routes.
